What's your preference about pillows?

I only use one pillow on my head. It is not too soft and plump. It is rather flat. But most of the time, I don't use any pillow. I like lying flat on my bed. It really gives a good feeling to my back and I really feel rested after a night's sleep without a pillow. Sometimes, the only one pillow I have is placed on my feet.

I prefer one that is fairly hard but not too hard and medium or big.

I recently tried a memory foam pillow but I didn't find it all that comfortable. That is strange because my memory foam mattress topper is excellent and very comfortable indeed. I have a fairly pump pillow at the moment. One is enough and two would be too high. I am keen on traveling and some pillows in guest houses are old and uncomfortable. They can vary a lot. A fairly flat pillow is fine but a lumpy pillow is not appreciated. I like a soft pillow and don't enjoy having a really hard pillow. I like a clean and fresh smelling pillow.

I sleep with 4 pillows in my bed. Two are soft and one is medium and then I have one that is Thempedic. I have to sleep with a pillow and it can't be flat. As for Flat pillows you may as well not use a pillow.
