I having trouble with my blog on blogger.simply i can't see the changes i made..

Since last week i made a blog and tried to make it filled but in the beggining i was disappointed with the update problem it has.but i am not sure that why is that happening,whenever i make changes then it can be seen perfectly in the preview link but when i try to visit my blog with URL then i cannot found any change except the lastone i made long ago.recently i visited my blog with proxy evading website where it is fine too but there is a trouble with direct URL......so if there is anybody could tell me the solution to that.?....hopefully
