well. that would depend on where you have it.. if its in the middle of a busy area.. you could just rent it is a parking lot.. or if the area is going on the road to development, you could think of some business enterprise or give it on lease to someone else with a similar plan.. or if you are just of pure heart and a nature lover. i suggest you turn it into a garden or a plantation.. you could do it on a small plot setting up a greenhouse to capture all the moisture and heat..
