I'm the kind of Person that likes to have fun, eat greasy food ,drink go out and be crazy. I used to smoke but Quit not because it's bad for your health but because I just didn't like the taste anymore. People at my work always tell me to slow down because it's not good for your health. I know people that eat healthy, don't smoke, exercise every day and still are sick all the time. So what's your pleasure? Live it up and have funor take it easy and be save?

You only have one life to live so it's always best to live life to its fullest. I'm one of those types. I like to do as much as I can and achieve as much as I can. I like to live life and not just take it as it comes. I drink and smoke on social occasions but as far as vices go, I really don't have anything in specific that can be ultra detrimental to my well being.

That's the way to do it. Live and have fun. George Burns smoked and he lived to be in his 90ties.

Hi Missybear, I will choose both-- live my life to the full by taking things lightly and easy. Managing stress, appreciating things around me, finding positive reasons for worst experiences and trials and finding opportunities in all my challenges. Of course having a supportive partner to walk with me in my journey!

I try to be in the middle. I dont eat as healthy as I could, I do drink and smoke but as I get older, I would rather stay home and have 1-2 drinks then go out and get loaded. It just isnt worth the feeling the next morning!

I do live my life to the fullest, although I don't do any extreme things whatsoever. Haha. I just do whatever I need to do, and I do whatever I want to do. As long as I know that I am in the right place and right time, I don't hold back. I drink, I laugh out loud, and I do crazy stuff with friends. I sing out loud, and I don't care. Haha. Life is short so why not make the most out of it? Take care! :)

EANJOY LIFE TO THE MAX !

I would like to put in a bit of both. Living life to the fullest does not necessarily mean you have to go wild with people all around you…you can have a blast within the confines of your home in your own way. Maybe because I am quite an introvert, I don’t like going out and mixing with strangers and dancing thru the night…I would rather have a few very close friends or relatives, over some yummy food, a good movie or a good session of catching up with things in general…or I would just go shopping with my son and buy whatever I feel like (I actually save money for some months and then go for these splurges) or just be at home with my hubby and contemplate life. To me that is living life to the fullest and makes me the happiest. And I take life easy…no restrictions on food or staying up late or enjoying myself just as I feel like. Its only one life and I want to enjoy it!

That's nice, I'm not all that wild. Only on the weekends the rest of the time I'm working or being home too.

I think it is best to start early to take care of your life. I understand the craziness associated with youths but it is better to start early to take care of your life. You may be healthy now but some sickness in old age are from carelesness when we are young. We do not always know our immnity

From my point of view, life should be casual and natural, which means you don't need to do things in a certain way.The doctor tell people not to take in too much sugar, nor too much salt, nor too much oil,but you might not think it delicious or tasty without it.We have our own way of life which should satisfy ourselves first and meanwhile be environmental to people around us.I know read for a long time will do harm to my eyes.but my work will not be finished by someone else. So,life is short, why not live it?

in some degree, i envy your life.whatever it is healthy or not, just be yourself and be fun. however, i think lots of people can not have this kind of life as yours for lots of reasons even they also wanna live like you. one person has parents maybe and children, he or she not only live for himself or herself but also for others who he or she cares about. so this is life. of course, everyone 's idea is different from many aspects. i just say out my idea.

I think that the ansewer to this dilemma depands on the lifstyle that suits you best. If you are comfortable with how you live your life, you harm noone with your choices - than there is no need to be concerned. The fact that you question your lifestyle probably indicates that you are not comptely happy with it...? Whatever concerns you - change it - but make sure you stay happy with it. If the change doesnt work with you, implement something else - you have the whole life for trials and errors - make the best out of it.
