Are you good with multitasking while surfing the web?

Right now, I am surfing the web while I am typing an email to my friend. I was doing my best to achieve the multitasking work here. I only knew that my time is limited, and I would want to do my best to finish what I suppose to do for merely 2 hours of time I have here. So, are you good at multitasking like doing 2 things at the same time?

Right now I am burning 5 CD's at a time(I have to burn 2500 CD's in 1 week) and searching for a scanner which does not need any human intervention, I wanna place all my papers in a tray it should straight away scan all the documents and send it the destination given by me, it may be either e-mail address, network path, folder,etc.., if u ppl know such scanner plz let me know and I am designing a website for our HR team, listening good telugu and english songs and kept a video file for rendering in camtasia studio, copying files from my server to local PC(backup) and chatting with my friend on yahoo mail, browsing orkut, responding to mylot discussion.
