Hi friends, Yoga is needed for the normal healthy life for long living. Daily without fail we have to lot the time for yoga. Atleast half an hour we have to allot the time for yoga. yoga has many benefits, few are Brings down stress nd enhances powers of relaxation, Boosts physical strength, stamina and flexbility Bestows greater powers of concentration and self control, Inculcates impulse control, Helps in rehabilitation of old and new injures, Intensifies tolerance to pain and enhancing mental clarity, Boosts functioning of the immune system,. Enhances posture and muscle tone, Improves blood circulation, Results in healthy, glowing skin, Cleanses and improves overall organ functioning, Bestows peace of mind and a more positive outlook to life, Infuses a sense of balance and internal harmony i will do yoga daily, about you?

Yes, I believe in the merits and the benefits of practising Yoga. I have been practising Yoga every evening for the last three years now, and I certainly find it very helpful for physical as well as mental health. This is an excellent way of getting rid of that stresses and anxieties of the day, and keeps the mind fresh and healthy.

well,yea we all know about doing yoga is a good thing,but there is sometimes there is a lack of will to do it,if we do it at least half an hour this will improve your health and concentration and there is always much more benefit in doing such exercise,of some people what is best we do the opposite,if you talk about advantages about doing yoga is unlimited and more than we can explain it..i see some old people do it,i think it sure can give an extra life to people who are near to age thus by increasing cellular activity.
