How to learn Englsih songs

Actually i feel Chinese songs are much difficult than English. English songs are very similar to any other languages depending on the Genre, if you can tell me what type of genre(rock,pop,jazz,blues,r&b etc.) you wanna sing,i might help you

Do you mean learning how to play the music on a instrument, or learning to sing the songs?. If you want to learn to play the music, you can search for sheet music or tabs online, same thing with the lyrics search online for the lyrics of your favorite songs.

Keep listening to one particular English song so you can memorize it. I recommend listen to ballad and slow English songs so you can follow the lyrics of it. It is not hard to sing an English song if you are really interested to learn it. During the F4 fever few years a go everyone of us interested to learn to sing Chinese songs because of meteor garden even if we are murdering the lyrics and we doesn't pronouce the song we still sing it. Right now Korean songs are the hit music here in the Philippines.

Hey!I am also a chinese colleage student . I am in favor of english songs,too. I have got some methods in learning english songs just from heightening my listening level. Before you learn one song you love, you should listen it enough times that you can just write the lyric while listening it. This is the first step also the most important step. Then you are quite familiar with the melody of the song naturely. The last step is trying to sing the song despite of the lyrics ,just remembering the melody. You can just sing the songs soon. I wish that my ways would give your help.
