Is sleeping necessary for the health?

I don't know but i sleep so much because i like it what about your thinking then check how many person like to sleep?

hi aka^^;; sleeping is the time that our body rejuvenates and fixes the damaged cells while working or doing some activity. it is the time where our body fights the bad bacteria and strengthen our immune system. there was this fact i read that people can die for 3days non-sleep while we can survive of 10days no food. i also love sleeping..and i can sleep up to 20hours straight especially when im so tired

Yes, sleep is essential to one's health. Sleep gives our bodies a time to recuperate and regenerate. You can see for yourself that when you lack sleep, it's either you're irritable or always hungry the next day. That's what happens to me. I like sleeping too. Just that at times, you can't help but stay up late doing homeworks, projects and other things that needs to be done right away.

I personally think that different people sleep for different reasons some sleep because they are tired,some sleep because they are extremely bored,and others just enjoy sleeping and I think that everyone must sleep in order to function properly and get things done during the day,and I am one of those who loves to sleep,and I sleep as much as I can which is not always a lot since I work a lot,and sometimes the only times I really get to sleep is on my days off and we have other things we need to do as well,so I do not always get to sleep as long as I would like to,even though me and my wife do try to sleep in until at least eleven am before we get up.

off course sleep is important and related to our health. one of the sign that we are healthy is we have a well sleep. i think everyone never same experience about the number of sleeping.it depends on our person condition

No one in this world would hate to sleep. I like to sleep and i won't mind about any thing when I sleep. Sleep is the most essential part of our day to day activities. Where ever we go, what ever we do you might have seen that eating and sleeping are scheduled perfectly. If the clock strikes around 1'O Clock you'll automatically go for lunch and when it is night, it is time to take rest for our mind and body.

Sleeping is definitely necessary for your health! However, I wonder if too much sleep is bad for your health?? I feel like I can't get enough sleep!! I absolutely LOVE to sleep!!! Cant get enough of it! There are some people who actually don't enjoy it though and just sleep because their body needs to.. imagine?? Anyways, sleeping is definitely necessary for health... And thank you because you just made me aware of the fact that I actually do one thing healthy for myself :)

hi dear friend yes sleeping is very necessary thing for our health. do you know if your are not sleeping continues for 3 to 4 days then your mind will change and you will be in a mad stage and again you are not sleeping then sure you will get mad so try to have a nice sleep every day it will help us to have a good thinking and all

Yes, It is..Sleeping is our way to regain our strength and energy from day to day work.. Also take note that sleeping at day is different from sleeping at night..=)

of course ,my friend,sleeping is very important for our health,every day I sleep at least 8 hours,or I will be feel very uncomfortable .I have a good way to help sleep,before go to bed, I suggest you'd better drink a cup of milk.good sleep will have more energy. good luck and happy mylotting

I believe that sleeping is essential or vital to our health. But how much does one need to maintain healthy? I think it depends on individual's physicial condition. On average, 7--8 hours are enough for an adult, and yonger or older people will need more. Just make sure that don't feel tired or sleepy. I think that is the amount of sleep you need.
