What is an IKOBO account ?

Is it better than Paypal ? Is it recommended for Indians ? plz help to clarify...

Ikobo is for international user its like Western Union transfer money.You can send receive money but there is a little bit fee.Yes you can say it like paypal but paypal is good coz u can buy things online..thanks..

Ikobo is almost same like paypal. it's used for sending or receiving money.
