Skin dermatitis help

Hi to all , i have a small problem with stella and speedy they have skin dermatitis , took them to the vet and no apparent other sickness , the vet says maybe allergic to glutin but i dont know , they do have a healthy diet , but what i ask is they must have a bath now every 2 days with this special shampoo, does anyone know of some healthier and natural way to bath them as i am very skeptical about chemical products ,thanks and greetings bignik
