i have only had a back massage this afternoon, i have never had a full body massage because i don't have much time and cash, which is best to relax your body and senses, back or full body massage?

Indeed a full body would take 45min minimum, and is a little more costly, but it will be great to have a full body massage, from my experience i survey body massage shops so i can find out which one offers the least cost for the service, then i would always tip my massager to give me a more relaxing time. I suggest you choose a regular massager so you would always have that personalized service.

it not weekly, i get it only when i feel the need for body relaxation. Or when my wife naggs at me it is where i hang out.

I have had both full body massages and just back massages, it just depends on cost and how much relaxation I need. Sometimes I like full body massages better especially with a nicely scented moisturizing lotion, I get the benefits of the massage and dry skin treatment at the same time.
