how do you create a blog

I am very interested in starting a blog. I am interested in starting one because i have heard so much about blogging. My question is how do you blog? I understand finding a topic that you like and talking about it. But what else is it? Do you have to add something daily and if so give me an explanation on what additional things you write lately

you go to a blog hosting site such as blogger or blogspot and sign up. It will direct you to what you need to do. And soon enough you'll have a blog ready to receive your writing.
Then you write write write. It doesn't matter what you write, as long as it's something you think that others would like to read (to get more readers). Then just publish your writing through the blog system and you're done!

Thanks Geminibunniee. I am getting the point about finding something others what like to hear about. But my question is like what is something you can continue to write about? I guess I am needing some examples
