How do we react when our neighbour irritates us in morning time itself?

I just wonder how people want to poke their nose into neighbour's issue.that too in the morning itself.How do you people will respond for the same.If we irritated it'll spoil our day mood.how to escape from this and how do we react for this?

I have very friendly neighbors, which is good but sometimes when I'm outside walking to somewhere I'm in a rush and don't really have time to spend 10 minutes talking. One of my neighbors (very friendly, don't get me wrong) once poked into my business, asking me about the guy she saw me going out with one night. She was like "He's not the same guy you went out with that other time." How is that anybody else's business? LOL.

Our neighbor beside us don't mind their neighbors if they going to have a fights. They disturbing us with their yelling. Sometimes they don't choose what time they going to start their fight. Sometimes we want them to petition to leave our place because they are the result of the tension and problem here. The husband involving all of his neighbors to their fights between his wife. We don't want to interfer to their fights but sometimes it is too much of disturbance.
