We have two rambutan trees growing in our front courtyard. Most of the fruits hanging on the branches are ripe now. The older tree bears yellow skin rambutan whereas the other one bears fruits with skin in red color. All of them are juicy, sweet and delicious. Most of the men have tasted the two different color fruits love the texture of the former one. I think this might be the yellow skin rambutan is bigger, as well as its thicker flesh too We, woman prefer the red skin rambutan with thinner flesh all the time. You can see the different between these two obviously from the attached photo. There are ample fruits on the branches. Their lovely colors make the trees to look more attractive. We are unable to finish all of them for sure. We prefer to share the majority of them with our neighbors, relatives and friends, better than to sell them with cheaper price to the fruit vendors. I'm always in a great pleasure when seeing them to appreciate the fruits received It didn’t occur to me that the day before last night, one of my friends had sent 4 durians to my house in return! Yeah, her sister owns an orchard. I’m really happy, for durian is one of my favorite fruits! Did you share anything with someone before? It can be anything. Thanks for sharing!

Hi shia88, it's really lots of joy and fun to share foods with others. I share fruits, cakes with my younger brother just now. He lives quite near to our place and he would visit us once in a week. He brings the whole week Sinchew Daily Newspapers to us and he read our Nanyang Newspapers in our house. I feel really happy many of my friends and neighbors love our rambutan. The two trees with newly outgrowth leaves show that they are going to bloom flower. I will share the harvest from the two trees with my friends as well as people who love eating rambutan for sure. I believe you have the great pleasure as well when sharing some good stuffs with our friends and others. I find the food we eat seems more tasty if eating together with someone Take care and happy posting

I love rambutan but can't eat durian,,,lol! It's expensive in my Country and all my friends will tell me to eat it and get used to the smell, but I just can't! Anyway, I have shared a lot to everyone I know before and now, it varies, sometimes food, clothes etc... It's fun and nice to share what we have!

Hi che, it’s really a great pleasure to have you dropping by here, and willing to share your view and idea on this topic. It’s rather sad that you live in a distant place and I can’t share my rambutans with you. This durian season arrives a bit earlier and there are lots of durians available by either side of the “durian-road” here presently. This is the right time to enjoy eating durian. Yeah we can get durian with much lower price for the excess supply Yeah, you will retreat to avoid the strong and pungent smell when you are not used to it yet. You will love its smell as well as its heavenly creamy flesh once you fall in love with it. I bet you will drool once you get the unique aromatic smell of it. It’s so nice to know that you are generous and like to share lots of good things with others. I do pick out those clothes which I rarely wear and give them to people who appreciate them. Yeah, it’s a great waste if letting good things abandon in the corners of our house. Thanks for sharing your ideas here! Take care and happy posting!

We live in an appartment on the street, so we have no gardens to grow anything. I cant say I have anything spare to share with my friends, for I try very hard to make ends meet. However, whenever there is some food left in the fridge, I make it a point to share it with the poor on the streets without fail. There is always a morecel or two for the poor and I guess that is what makes me happy knowing there are sooooo many hungry out there ! You did just right by sharing your fruits instead of selling them. It bonds you with your friends and neighbours and they are the ones who come first when we need help. So a very wise decision. Cheers.

Hi ketybhagat, my lives in an apartment as well. While looking down through the window I can see trees and flower plants growing on the lawn around the tall building. We are not allowed to plant anything there. The gardeners take care of it nicely. Anyway it’s so nice that there is a wonderful place for the apartment habitants to spare their leisure time with one another chatting and exchanging experience happily in the garden Wow, you are really a goodhearted person You never dump away the redundant foods but share them with the poor in the streets. To the hungry people these foods are really precious. Yeah, I can imagine how pleasant you are when seeing them eating the food with happiness and gratefulness. The neighbors on both sides of my house have their respective rambutan trees. Very often the fruits have different harvested time. Therefore they will share their fruits with us as well. I feel so happy when seeing my friends enjoy eating the rambutans I give them. It's not good that to expect any of them to give back anything they have in return. I just want to share with them the good things I have. Take care and happy posting

Yeah zhulicc, it’s really a great pleasure sharing good things with our friends. Other than fruits, we like exchanging different vegetable seeds with one another. I did give some bitter melon seeds to my neighbor who lives opposite to my house. When sending rambutans to her house few days back, she showed me the towel gourds plants growing vigorously with many blooming flowers in yellow color, as well as some towel gourds hanging on them. She emphasized happily that they were plants growing from the seeds I gave her earlier. You are really generous zhulicc! You are willing to give the things you like to your friend if seeing he is fond of it. Anyway by doing so we gain happiness Happy posting

Hi happy, it didn't occur to me that the yellow rambutan shown in the attached photo letting you the chance to see it your first time. Yeah, most of the rambutans available in the markets are red in color. Whether a rambutan is tasty or in good quality is depending on its variety but not the color of its skin. In my case most of the people who has tasted these two types of rambutans before praising that the yellow type is more delicious for they prefer the thicker, sweeter flesh as well as it's more juicy. It's glad to learn that you do like sharing good things with your family, relatives and friend. seeing another generous fried here again We would always gain great pleasure in return after sharing good things with people we like. That's why we could see lots of capable people who like to help the people who need help all the time. Happy posting

That's how things work. When something goes around, they come around. People will pay their gratitude in return, when we share good things with them. I am glad to know that your friends sent you durians as a favour of your rambutans. They must have been delighted to receive this gift from you. Besides, I believe they know you like durian very much, and that's why they bought durian for you. Ya, when I have something to share with friends or relatives, I will share to them. I like to see people being happy. Because I will feel happy too, when seeing others are happy! Happy posting and have a nice day!

Really cheogyc, the both parties will feel happy as well as appreciate when this fantastic give and take or vice versa action taking place in sharing good things. You are right! We always feel happy when seeing our loved ones, friends and people around feeling happy as well. This is the true happiness that money couldn’t buy I bet all the people living here love this unique and delicious seasonal fruit. Yeah, both the rambutan and during are seasonal fruits. They are available twice in a year only. If you have missed any of these, you have to wait for another 6 months or so you then can have the chance to taste them again Yeah, my friend knows that I’m a durian freak. Just like I know how much she loves rambutan. I opened two durians the first night and sharee them with my husband and his sister. I loved the one which was sticky and creamy and carried some bitter taste. This afternoon I will send her another hundred yellow rambutans. Her partner loves the yellow one with thicker flesh. Wish you all the best and happy posting

Oh no eshaan! You are lucky still! for you don’t have to spare time as well as to take the trouble to take care of the garden and plants. So that you have more time to do other interesting activities. You know some of the people here prefer to cover the surrounding compound with cement or floor tile. Some of them are really busy. But some dislike having lawn and plants, for they complain that grass and plants can attract mosquitoes and other disgusting insects. If you live near my place, definitely I will share the delicious rambutans with you. Yeah, exchanging and sharing tasty homemade dishes with our neighbors not only both parties can taste different savors of foods, this also can promote good neighborly relation When staying in my son’ apartment, I notice that people living in big city always feel reluctant to mix with their neighbors. I believe this is mainly for they care more on their own safety as they are afraid that not everyone living around is trusty. So all the front doors of the apartment are closed all the time Wish you all the best and happy posting!

Hi haiershen, here the temperature is too hot and not suitable for orange tree to grow. I had visited your country before. I was amazed the see so many adorable oranges growing on the trees. That was the first time I saw the real orange tree with abundant fruits on it. The tree was not as tall as the rambutan plant, and we could reach the fruits easily. Rambutan tree is very much taller. We pluck the fruits either using bamboo pole or climbing up the tree Your grandfather is really a kind and generous man. I appreciate him willing to share the delicious oranges with others. I hope the three orange trees still growing vigorously in the courtyard and could supply fruits for people Happy posting and have a nice day!

Hi joan, from the number beside your user name, seems that you seldom participate the activity here, since you have been member here for months. Quite busy right? The fruits I mention above are rambutan. No matter the skin of the fruits are in their respective color, in red or yellow color, they are still belong to the same variety of fruit, rambutan. though the rambutan is in yellow color, all the chinese here still call it "red hair tan". You can see from the attached photo obviously the two fruits with different colors are still having the same texture of flesh. Happy posting

My daughter is a very kind and generous person .She wins the hearts of her friends because of these good characters .She is used to go for charity jobs. She always shares her happiness with others . She shares tidbits , cookies ,lesson notes with friends . She always feels happy that to give is better than to take. To share things with others not even our friends feel happy , we feel happy too.

Hi pinkychan, it's nice to know that you have such a goodhearted and generous daughter No wonder she could gain the friendship from others easily. This means that you don't have to worry much about her social life for she is so excellent in mixing with people around. Yeah, I believe those who have the same experience of sharing good things with others surely would have such pleasant feeling as well This is what so-called give is always much happiest than take for a person to practice in his daily life. But this doesn't mean that I share the rambutan with others just for getting happiness. I just want to share with people who love these delicious fruits. I know very well that it's totally a waste if sharing things with people who don't like them at all. Therefore we have to share the right thing with the right people Happy posting!
