Celebrate birthday with friends or families, which do you like better??

I would like spend my birthday time with my best friends,but my parents get used to make arrangement for the celebration a few days in advance,so it's very hard for me to make a choice,do you have any suggestions?

i like to celebrate with both, nothing like good company from friends and fam.

At my age, we usually celebrate birthday with family members. Only the young people at school or in office would arrange a birthday party with their friends. If both need your presence, you have to arrange the family one the day before, maybe a smaller scope. We never celebrate birthday after the day.

I would usually celebrate my birthday with both family and friends. I would go out for a meal with my parents and siblings and then meet up with friends and go clubbing or onto bowling or something like that. You can have both if you want.
