I am an Indian and want to learn an easy recipe for making pasta. Please help me out. Do not suggest ingredients which are not available in India

Spaghetti is the easiest pasta to make and I'm sure the ingredients is readily available there in your country. You just need tomato sauce, ground beef or ground pork, hotdog and cheese. Just boil the pasta but not too soggy and saute all the ingredients for the sauce. Spaghetti is the favorite here in the Philippines and it is easy to make.
