popularity of chinese food

How many of you love Chinese food. Do you ever wonder why Chinese food is so popular all over the world? I can see even in the remotest corners of India, a Chinese corner serving with noodles, moms and soups? their sauces are so lovely. They are easy to cook I guess. What do you think is the greatest factor behind their popularity?

Sauce and Ajinomoto are the main ingredients that makes chinese food so yummy. But too much use of ajinimoto is injurious to health.
