i know there are diet secrets to gain weight. i mean diet is the kind of foods one eats, right? i have just discovered one. it peeled a stubborn 2 lbs. i mean it was just 2 lbs. but i mentioned stubborn since am aiming for that 100 lbs. for the first 5' in height then adding 3 lbs. for every additional inch. i made it! i figured that if you alternate with any drink you like the next time you eat a meal: solid breakfast, liquid mid-morning snck, solid lunch, liquid afternoon snack... then stubborn weight comes off. any secrets you have?

I diet trick (its not a trick anymore) I use is to cycle the carbs. On every 3rd day I increase the carbs to my maintenance level and it works very well for me.

that's a different diet trick. i know about splurging every now and then but upping one's carbs level every couple of days is new for me. it sounds a little bit hard since i have to deprive myself of my beloved carbs. oh well, as they say if it works then it's definitely for you. congratulations .

As I said before this is not something new or my own trick. Its popular for so many years. Its called "carb cycling" but only a few people are aware of it. Usually I do it on a cutting phase.

That's remarkable indeed, thanks for sharing such a wonderful secret! I need to loose my waist line by at least 2 inches. My favourite jeans just can't fit in :) How you managed to figured out this method. I normally tried to reduce my dinner intake, after all I hardly take lunch too. More fruits and juices will be great

thank you for the response. as for the 2 inches off the waistline i've given up on that the moment i realized that a woman's body really changes after childbirth. i just noticed that i trimmed off 2 inches off my waistline after i lost about 5 lbs. it's 27 inches now but i i'd be anorexic already to get it back to 24. well, i'd just make do with clothes that would make do :). besides, it's okay to be a little meatier. it makes us look rich . besides haven't you noticed that fashion for meatier women are a little more sophisticated?

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
