best ways to fall asleep faster and easier

at some time in our lives everybody will have trouble getting to sleep.you lie in bed tossing and turning with your mind racing about work,relationship, finances or the big event that is going to happen the next day.you are tired and want to sleep but for some reason you cant. at the time, what we can do?i experience it before an d i still cant get a best way to overcome the problem do anybody got secret recipe to make us fall asleep faster and easier?

This has happened numerous times to me in the past two years. I either read, pray or watch a little TV to get to sleep. I have tried Advil PM and Aleve PM but I don't want to depend on a pill to sleep even though they are not addictive supposely. Lately I have been going to sleep when I can no longer keep my eyes open and that seems to be helping me. The main thing is, you have to go to sleep with your mind at ease. Sometimes its just not easy to shut the brain down.

I have been through that many a time in my Life and still now at times What I find that helps me is rubbing a bit of Lavender Oil on my Forehead it is actually very relaxing, the thing is though if the thoughts are to strong and really worrying you then it will be hard to push it all aside I also read before going to sleep as I can then loose myself in a different world and that helps a bit to

I will take a Tylenor or Advil pm tablet. Non addictive and you sleep right through the night. If I have any caffeine at night then I am unable to sleep.
