My mom had her sinusitis remove, its no big deal, a minor operation to get rid of that sinus headache. a temporary relief would be inhaling eucalyptus oil in hot water/ vaporizing. and you should find the weather/climate that really fits your sinus. And they are always temporary. So sinus operation is the real cure, ask your doctors, they usually dont recommend permanent treatment, coz they will lose their patient.
