Who are Carolinian up here? University of San Carlos is one of the famous University in Cebu City, Philippines. It categorized as one of the oldest school in the history of the Philippines. It has four (4) campuses and Talamban Campus is the most populated among the campuses for it has very big and one of the best campus in cebu city. When you say i am a carolinian, everyone would be gentle at you and would be friendly because they though carolinian was so respected by many.
