13Eurostat released the preliminary data show that euro-zone economy out of recession in the third quarter. By the financial crisis ,the eurozone economy since the second quarter of last year ,began to shrink ,and in the third quarter of last year,began to shrink ,and in the third quarter of last year's first -ever fall into recession .In the second quarter of this year ,thanks to the world's financial rescue efforts and stimulate the economy,the euro zone economy has started to emerge signs of bottoming out.
