Torchwood - another series of shows?

I think I've seen that there will or is another set of shows produced. Can anyone in the UK verify this? With only 2 characters left after the mini-series, who will be the new members of Torchwood and is Capt. Jack back?

I think the show is still up in the air, but really, it can't be Torchwood without Jack...
