I have eczema and sometimes it's depressing because it keeps coming back. I avoid wearing shorts nowadays because my legs are ugly due to it. How do you deal with it ?

Hi hunieby I also have eczema and have found the most effective treatment for me is E45 cream which is available from most places (chemists and even some supermarkets stock it). E45 is a really thick cream that helps to add moisture to dry skin and has been specifically designed to treat dry skin conditions like eczema.

hi hunieby! skin problems like eczema are really embarassing but don't worry there some simple home remdy to deal with it, first is use fresh citrus fruits and squeeze the juice to the affected area or use garlic and olive oil, now to prevent from having eczema againg always wear cotton cloths do not wear synthetic cloths and try to avoid detergent soap that has strong ingredients..hope this work
