Will "Google" takeover "Microsoft" and "Yahoo" ?

Hello everyone,
After hearing the success story of Google.com I have a strange thought "Will Google takeover Microsoft and Yahoo ? "
Google has been the most popular search engine since a decade and now many more features are added to its glory, let it be gmail, adwords, adsense, orkut, youtube, docs ,picasa ,maps ,etc and still lot more to come.
With help of these features or WEAPONS do you think that google will win the war of supremacy on Internet against Microsoft and Yahoo ?

Microsoft is a very large organization with a lot of resources. Right now they havealmost the absolute market for OEM OS's installed on PC's, laptops, etc. They can sell windows to PC manufacturers cheaply to keep their dominance. They also have MS Office. Other companies will try to chip away at Microsoft's usiness, and there's good money to be made doing so, but knocking them off their top spot now can only be considerred a dream.

I think of it as more of a competition than a war. Competition is a good thing it makes companies strive to be better. There will always be people who want a choice in internet services.
