airgun hunting

has anybody here tried to hunt rabbits with an airgun? here in my country we hunt them with 12 guages.personally i dont think hunting rabbits with an airgun is humane.

A 12 gague??? For rabbit? Cripe is there anything left to them after the shot?? lol. Why not just use a 22 or something like that. I can't imagine there is much left to eat after a 12 gague is finished with them.

Hi, Not if you hit it on the head. A .22 pellet does the job like other large caliber bullet. If you are not sure of shot placement, don't pull the trigger or it may end up a wounded one and may crawl off to inaccessible places.
