How to gain weight?

I want to gain weight but it's become too hard for me since I can't have enough sleep no matter how much I want. I'm so busy in working and studying, but I believe that I can still gain weight, it just that I don not know the procedure. People out there, please help me... share your ideas here... thanks!

You should take food protein supplements, those that you buy at Gym stores, not only you gain weight but add mass to your muscles, and dont forget to take a lot of exercise.
