We all have our own lives. Living a busy schedule. Sometimes we forget to think how wonderful the world is. There are times that we thought things thrown our way are not ours by choice but by chance. However, we don't have much option but to accept it and take responsibility of it. Do you still do the things like taking your kids to the park on weekends, treating your spouse to a romantic dinner and giving your family gifts on occasion out of the goodness of your heart or it has become an obligation on your part because they are your reality? Thanks in advance for sharing your candid thoughts:-)

I try not to take what I have for granted. I still go for romantic dinners and take my Mom out shopping or just to spend time together because I think no matter what you do or achieve in life, it doesn't mean a thing if you don't have people to share it with. I don't think it's an obligation. I don't feel obliged to do it but I think it's something nice to do for myself and others.

hi dear!
This post of yours relates to your previous one. We do perform certain tasks under obligation, we also execute certain tasks because we are supposed to do. Life goes on like this. However, out of my busy schedule, we make it a point to go for a movie, at least once or twice a month and we dine outside once in blue moon. We need to remove drudgery of life by doing something different from our daily routine and I try doing that.
