what is "working mom guilt"?

hi all mylotters, do you hear the term of working mom guilt before?i just heard from my colleague but i am not so understand what the meaning. i am shy to ask them as i scared it shows i am less-knowledgeble..do you know it? can you tell me? thanks. happy mylotting^^

It means that a working mother feels guilty about having to work, and leave the children with someone else to care for them while she is working. She wishes she did not have to work and leave them, but she must work to support the family.
