How Mylot can help its members earn more?

I was just thinking of a way in which Mylot can helps its members earn more, apart from discussions and tasks . Here is my thought. Mylot can use Posting query and Answering query feature with Mylot Virtual Dollars. Then these virtual dollars of users can be purchased by those who like to ask query to post their queries on Mylot. This way one who seeks real life answers benefits and Mylot members who answer benefits in terms of extra cash. Mylot members who answers the query can be awarded with virtual dollars based on rating from peers and one who posts the query. I guess this can add more traffic to Mylot too. Any thoughts on this idea or any other idea?
