How does extended view work in neobux?

I know a lot of mylotters are also in neobux so I just thought the best discussion place to post this is somewhere where there are people always willing to answer and help. I read the neobux guidelines and it says I just have to leave the ad open for a couple of minutes. I did that but I only get the standard view credited to me. Any ideas how to make the extended view actually work? Thanks a lot guys!
