Criteria for Involuntary Committment at ER

I am pretty sure that I have subacute sensorimotor paralysis on my left side due to crack cocaine use. It is rapidly getting worse, and I need urgent medical care. Cocaine would likely be in my blood if they do labs. What are the chances that I might be detained on psych hold. I am in California; the procedure is section 5150 of the Welfare & Institutions Code. Can anyone help?
