When you feel lonely and depressed what goes through your mind? What actions do you take to overcome the situation and feel better?

There are times I feel like that. I just take it as it comes. It does eventually pass. There are many people out there that does care. Even strangers. I do find coming on here is one good way to over come the loneliness and depression. Here I look at the members as my mylot family.

I often have such moods and I have found that writing responses here or writing articles in other sites helps to relieve my depression quite a lot.I had once started a discussion on this and the responses I got from a lot of my friends here helped me a lot.

I hope you aren't asking because that's the way you feel? I don't ever feel like there is no one that cares about me. I am blessed with alot of people that do. On those days I feel a little out of sorts or off my game I do take action to pull myself out of it. Alot of times just some good music is enough. I tend to go out into the community I live in, by the time I have said Hi to a few people and chatted at the store and the post office I feel recharged and connected again. When I get back home I am usually in more of the mind set to be thankful for all I do have and whatever is stressing me out just becomes a blip on the screen. On days I might feel overwhelmed I do what my grandma used to tell me to do..I let go and I let God..I pick what I want to deal with and tell god to hang on to the rest of it. I'm not sure what he does with it because I hardly ever get any of it back.
