My cat will come into bed with us and lick us in till we wake up

Scamp walks on me, pokes me in the face and, lately, been scratching me by walking on me and slipping - I really don't think he is planning that, he's pretty and persistent, but smart isn't one of his strong suits... I've got a second scratch on the face (he recently scratched my lip) and a long one on the arm

We used to have a cat. And he would lick us all the time. He especially liked licking my hubby's hair after he took a shower. We only got the nose treatment once in a while. Felt like a love/grooming session.

I do not have a cat at the moment but 2 of my chihuahuas sleep with me and they awaken me almost at the exact same time every morning with kisses.
