One That is Kind To Animals Must Be a Responsible Person, Too

My old folks used to tell me that you can judge a person's character if he's gentle or not by observing how he treats the animals. If he/she is kind /treating them well or badly, for sure, he/she is also treating his/her family that way.Is it true to you? I've witnessed people who are more kind to animals than to their fellow men...

Somehow it's true but it cannot be a basis of determining a responsible person towards his/her family. There are people who treats animals very bad but treat their families highly and regard them as the most important thing in the world or vice versa. Maybe during the time of your old folks it is how they observe people but in reality it doesn't apply to everybody.

yeah, I agree with you on the view, some one can't treat the animals kindly, and cna't treat the person too.
