Health care reform benefit a middle class employee?

How does the healthcare reform benefit a middle class families. What exactly is being changed? Does it reduce the medicare tax that is being deducted from my pay check?

If anyone ever figures out how this is going to work, or not, let me know. I don't think anybody does, and more people are rejecting it by the minute. It's DOA and won't get passed.
