Celebrating Christmas

I celebrate christams by spending time with family. We get up reasonably early and open our pressies although we start christmas eve as in Portugal where my partner is from the tradition is to open presents on christmas eve whereas in England the tradition is to open them on christmas day. So we do half and half. I will cook the turkey during the night so it smells lovely when we wake up in the morning and then we have a nice early dinner, we then play games together and just make it all about the family. The children are still a bit too young to completely understand the concept of christmas as one is 17 months and the other is 3 months. Next year will be a great year for us! How about yourself?
