Hi bossfortune. In my previous work, we used to work overtime/overnight during our busy season. After the busy season, we find it hard to restore our sleeping habit back to normal. In my case, I just discipline myself to wake up early, not to sleep at daytime and to go to bed before midnight. Eating lots of fresh fruits also helps. It normally takes a week or more to normalize our sleeping habit.

well that is a good idea but i am not a coffee drinker so it will be hard for me to stay awake for any period of time trying to change my sleeping habits. that is one factor.

It's good that you're not a coffee drinker. Coffee and carbonated drinks actually hamper a good night sleep. Activities that require thinking, just like myLotting, could help you to stay awake at daytime.

hi there. this is exactly my problem now. i change schedule every so often. and my sleep pattern is quite screwed up. my biological clock doesn't really adjust immediately. just when i get the sleep pattern, i change schedule.
