hey friends,,, well, straight to the point... i just got back to Mylot as i was terribly busy with my studies during the semester... i signed in with such a sparkling enthusiasm to add up the payment as we usually do! however, that sparkling moment had just ended the second i noticed the ($ 0. 00) in my account instead of $3... well, i know it is not that big amount to yell for,,but it still means something to me although i'm not that active due to my class assignments as i'm still studying... so, anyone has any idea on how or why the site deducted the payment? thanx in advance... smiley..

Hi smiley! How long did you stop mylotting? I'm sorry that you lost your money. Ok, so here it goes. Mylot terms of state says that once you did not log in to you account over 90 days or 3 months consecutive period of time, your earnings will be forfeited. You should log in that time, no need to post or reply to discussions. See this: http://www.mylot.com/faq/faq6.aspx#21 If you think it has not been 3 months since the day you logged in, you can use the "contact" button at the bottom of your screen to contact mylot and ask what happened. Hope this helps

I am always sad when this happens to users. This is why it is so important to take time to read the Terms of Use of every single site because they are ALL different. It is enough to log on without posting to keep your account active and not lose your earnings.

I'm not sure exactly but I have seen other people complain about the same thing. The only thing I can think of is after so long of being gone, they consider you inactive so they zero out your account. Have you emailed them about it? I would check the FAQ's and the rules and see if it says about it somewhere and then email mylot and find out for sure.

Hi, as per mylot rules if you are not active or logged in your account for 90 days earnings will be forfeited. I guess you have logged in after a long interval and thats the reason your earnings are gone back to zero. Just ensure that whenever your are on long leave or unable to spend time on mylot, try to login just once for sometime so that your earnings are not gone. All the best and start earning, you will soon reach the payout. My heartiest wishes are with you. Just check the below link for earnings. http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx
