Uhhh this is kind of a tough one? One thing I could do is give you a small example. See where you wrote "but i feel my spoken english is not good enough to pass" ..,Instead phrase/talk like this "But I feel my english is not spoken well enough" Hope that helps a little I wish you the best of luck on your BECV test...and besides the english languge has been butchered by slang anyways just listen to the raido and how the new generation talks and types n txt n evrything lol

First you can find your some friends speak together, let you find the good language environment, more speaking will let you speak fluent.Second, you can look fonr some online chat room, you can speak with other online, which can improve your spoke english.Try it.Good luck.
