It's so stunning, it's said that there are 46 people have been masscred in Philipines several days before! It's inconceivable that it happened in the age of civilization! Perhaps that is the disadvantage of multi-party coalition government!

Yes, Chiniona; I am very sad on watching TV news about this massacre. Shocked and choked on listening about all women being raped before they were shot down. What a brutal killers seemed like promoting genocide. i still don't understand why they so hate (odium) to Mangudadatu people? Everyday while working at my computer I always tabbing news online and listen to the news. From which province Datu Andal Ampatuan originates?

As of the latest news the body counts now reaches to 57 and it is very horrifying situation which happen now in my province. Those barbaric evil men responsible for the killing should be incarcerated as they have no conscience even the 3 pregnant women and civilians who just happen to pass along the roads were killed even though they have no direct involvement with the rival political party. Those heineous crimes happen to give fear to the people and corrupt politician stay on the government highest position because of too much greed and selfishness. I do hope the administration would not be bias in pursuing those assailants to give justice to the victims.

I am very sorry for this happening. I am a Cebuano and I mourn for the innocent families and journalists that were gruesomely killed... The murderers should pay for this.

yeah you got it right!!! The Philippines bless with a tropical climate, envy by some other countries, is now experiencing politically motivated killings. Even journalist were not spared by those soul-less goons of a Pres. Arroyo's protected clan in Maguindanao. Though these is really isolated case not within the whole country. I know God will not let these people go unpunished.
