time of bank transfers

is there a time of day that bank transfers take place? or if ur expectin payment and it sez to b paid on 26/11/09 does that mean as its paid automatically it will b in ur acount strght after midnight of the previous day?

It depends on what your banks policy is. Most are different' If you have information on the banks policies you could probably find it there. If not, it may be that you will have to call the bank. Then the next time you will know for sure when the transfers usually take place.
