why is your country not allow to use paypal account?

This afternoon i tried to search through google the reasons why my country is not allow to use paypal account but i could not see any reason but i later i came accros a blog that says is not only Nigeria but it does not say anything about the reason why paypal exclude my country. Can you tell me whether you country is allow or not with reason

Well friend last few years paypal account could not be used in Malaysia but since 2008 we can use paypal.As far as I know it's depends on how much internet users in your country and how active internet business in your country.Internet marketers are increase in Malaysia so that's why paypal take advantage.

Friend,i like your response but i don't think what you said is right because there are many people here in my country that involve in online business and also many of us here make use of trading platform.

Hello Victory. This is a thing many wonder. I live in the US, and since PayPal originated here, yes, we can use it. Even for tranfers between it and our bank accounts.
I do not know why it isn't allowed in certain countries, but I imagine it has to do with government regulations. Perhaps someday, it will be available everywhere. I hope so!

I cant help by telling you why its not allowed maybe its something to do with the government in your country. I live in England and PayPal is allowed here we can even use our PayPal balance in certain shops!

Hello friend, we also use alert pay and libertyreserve to purchase on the internet here too but they are not internationally recognized because most of the PT site does not use to pay there member also mylot do not pay via alert pay they only pay via paypal
