The fiirst interview

I havent graduated from school.but i have experienced an interview.First ,resume is very important .U'd better make a good preparation 4 it .Second,u'd better be full of confidence but not look like proud .And also simling is very important .so u Can make a good impression to them .The last one but not the least one ,u mustn't be much nervous.JUSt look like nature. Here is my personal advice.Hoping it may be helpful 4 u~~

I have been working for sometime now in the HR field and I can honestly say that the best way to prepare for a job interview is to know yourself. Find out what your strengths and weaknesses are and take note of your experiences and achievements in school. Many interviewers will want to know what makes you a good job candidate, what sets you apart from others and what experiences are possibly related to the work you are applying for. You should also perform a basic research about the company you are applying for. This will help you craft answers linking your skills and traits to the culture of the company and to what it needs or wants.

hi,Lang,you first decide,in which sector,you want to settle,then have a grip on that subject along with basic knowledge on degree which you completed.More than that,board members observe your mannerism while doing interview and dress also influence...finally,board members like you,if say no,i don't know the answer openly for a question posed by them,for which if you don't know the answer perfectly..don't mess them,by try to answer wrong.. Hi. In my case, I made sure that I had been truthful to my resume. I also did research about the company and it's open position. I asked for some tips from my colleagues. I think I even bought a book about interviews. Oh, I also brought lots of confidence.
