A co-worker tell me a shocking fact why diabetic partner is a no no when making love. I was surprise when she told me her diabetic partner is not good enough on making love. She said to me that her husband is impotent because his diabetic. I didn't ask my co-worker about her condition maybe she may get embarrassed. Anyways, can somebody tell me if a girl is diabetic what conditions it may occur to her when your in the part of making love.

This is one of the most common causes because diabetes can cause changes in blood flow through narrowing of the arteries, or damage the nerve endings in the p*n*s. I have a friend the her husband is diabetic, they did not have love making for many years already. Whatever they do, it doesn't get harder anymore. But they have already kids when he was diagnose of high sugar level or diabetes. They are some effect on the family too. Her husband is irritable, easily get jealous, and don't let her wife socialize with friends. He is afraid that someday, her wife will find another guy that would make her happy.

This statement truly agree to what I heard from my co-worker. But how about if the girl have this, does the girl feel anything or numb already on making numb. Its going to be a turn off to people who can't feel the sensation of each one another. Hope your friend don't get jealous and leave her husband.

hi, i don't know if having a diabetic disease can affect the love making of a couple because i still never encounter a partner before having this kind of disease, and maybe when our partner had this i think we should go the doctor for check up if diabetic will affect making love.

Making a statement like that based on 1 "test sbject" is foolish. It's not the diabetes that makes a bad lover.

In worst case one may feel numb. Sensations may get impaired. One may get hypoglycemic. She may lack the energy and desire to continue. For worse may get unconscious. But thats only if the person is insulin dependent already.

Diabetes as a disease does not kill people, but the elevated sugar level in the blood cause many undesirable changes in the body when unregulated. It deteriorates the body in a much faster rate. It causes hardening of the the blood vessels, which in turn can cause cardiac problems, premature heart attacks are common. It also cause renal problems, thus many are on kidney dialysis. It causes circulation problems, especially to distal part of the body, like the foot, eventually amputation of limbs can result. It retards healing of tissue and more prone to infection, so a small cut can turn into a big ulcer. As you see, it's not diabetes, it's all the other problems that it causes and sometimes the treatment of the condition can cause impotence. Diabetes don't kill you, but it can make your life a living hell in a "short" run.

i really don't think if a person is diabetic does it mean he/she will not good in bed. it depends on how you do it.

I'm not sure if there's really a relationship of being a diabetic to making love. There are non-diabetic people who has a problem in making love and not satisfying their partners. maybe because of her husband's impotence that's why she has a problem with making love and not being diabetic.

This is the first time I hear something like that. I think people with a very advanced diabete can be impotent (they can even loose limbs...) but that doesn't mean all diabetics are impotents! Afterall, it's not even true that all impotents are diabetics.
