Is Bigmoneyptc a scam site?

Well Hello Friends from last three months I have joined a PTC site in which we get paid for our Clicks and 1000$ is the withdrawling Amount.I am almost near to it,But If Someone have joined before me can share his Experience of this site "Bigmoneyptc",Is this site a scam or officially legal?

I hear that the site is a scam and I was a member and when I heard it was a scam I dropped it. You can reach payout and see if they pay you.
