are there any survey sits outthere that work and free to join?

Two survey sites that are great are Zoompanel and HarrisPoll. Now, these don't pay in cash, but they do offer you points and you can trade those in for great rewards. HarrisPoll offers you gift cards and merchandise while Zoompanel just offers merchandise or donations. I also use Toluna which is a site that pays in cash. If you take advantage of all their point-earning opportunities (such as posting an opinion, voting on polls, and surveys), then you will find that you can make money faster than just waiting for the surveys to come.

I have one that pays. Mysurvey.com is really good. I have another check to cash from them too. They payout at every $10!!
