I was catch a cold

Yesterday i was catch a cold seriously! Today i stay in bed until the lunch time.Fortunately, i an well now, i can play sky war game with my friend.

In this season -at least in the North hemisphere- we can't help but to fall sick sometimes, isn't it?
Not only be careful with clothes, but also with personal hygiene, as now the cold virus are more resistant. Also with what you eat, as the more healthy is your body, the less prone you will be to catch a cold ;)
