Hi! I don't change my cell phone often. For the last 10 years I have change it only three time, because I don't have money to change it more often and I also don't to, because i like it.

I dont see why you need to get the next knew thing all the time ( in this case the phone). I think it is not a good idea to get the new thing first because it might have a few bugs and because its just a waste of money if you already have one. I just upgrade mine every two years because thats my phone contract. But of course I get the new new one when the time comes, but not whenever a new one comes out.

hello rowdy, When I was younger, I love to have the latest mobile phone unit... but now that I am a little older and already working, I don't usually buy it unless it was already broken or can't be use anymore.Haha.. It is easier before because, I ask my parents or older sister to buy me "stuff" but now, haha...now that I am the one who work for the money, I make sure to spend it wisely. I am using N73 which I have for more than 3 years now and I still got 2 other phones. So, there are no reason to buy or follow the trend. happy lotting!

hello friend, i don't have the craze of changing cellphone. i can use my cellhone for nearly several years as long as it can work well. i think more frequency you change cellphone more money you spend. it no need to do that unless you have much money and you have the craze of using new cellphone.

I don't change a cellphone unit often mainly because I don't have my own income. I'm still a student and I just use a unit that my mom could afford. Most of my cellphones last for like 2-3 years. My mom only buys me a phone only when it is broken or lost. But I think if i'm gonna have my own job soon, I'm gonna buy myself the latest phones.

At the least, I change phones every two years when the contract is up and you can get a new one cheap (or free if you don't mind having a simple phone) for signing another two years. Cell phone models upgrade too often to go buying the newest latest one. And what if the shiniest isn't on your network? Then you have to cancel and change and it becomes a hassel.

Yes I have also seen people changing their cell phones often, as I am a lover of new things and techniques I am now dying to have a blackberry or an Apple phone as it look chic or u can say demand of the modern era. The only issue that a friend told me about the Apple phoes was u need to download different applications to keep it going.

hi there, well i once had the craze for buying latest model cell phones, but not now, i have changed mobile phones only because they started malfunctioning, in fact my older phones are more expensive than my rather simpler new ones, oh what a craze i had but i guess i cannot get back there, some of my friends have cool new touch screen and all but i don't get tempted now, i rather like my simple small phone which lets me do what ever i need... i txt a lot!... i have a very good friend of mine and we txt each other a lot, well i guess something could be happening in between us but no one is taking it seriously . . . hmm well back to cell phones lol... i think i would rather like to have a nice latest model when i will earn on my own, yeah something which i will earn and not just spend my dad's money on, i hope that day comes soon, i didn't say that latest model phones don't interest me anymore, they do.

i am a practical and thrifty person. I barely change or buy new units. As long as my celphone works fine, then i stick to my celphone. Not unless it is already broken then that is the time that i will buy new celphone unit..

I don't have the craze of changing my cell phone,I have my cell phone with me for more than 5 years. To me,cell phone is just a tool to communicate,Nothing more,I use my cell phone call and send messages, any ohter function is redundant to me.and I am very loyal to the things I used, though my cell phone looks very old now,and a little ungly with my friend's word. But I am still in favor of that.A lot of people do have the craze of changing new cell phones here,I think it do good to our economy because we need consuming to stimulate the economy,LOL:)-
