If given a chance would you rather want to go back to school and earn a degree? Do you like schooling? Do you love school?

hi careguarden^^;; i have come to this point of my life that i don't like to study anything so going to school will not be my choice. However, i will be moving to another country soon so i'm planning to study in a western country to gain international accreditation and certificate so that i can qualify to work to my new place if ever. i even need to study that country's language so that i'm able to communicate to the people there since only a few can speak English. ...but even this necessity to study, i cannot really force myself and have no interest to do so i don't know. i was so diligent when i was in college but this laziness have eaten me these days. i am really trying to motivate myself

Oh, well it could be real tough on your part since you'll be adjusting and learning so many stuff, the cultures, people, language, environment and everything. But I do believe that you can make it. Just need to work hard and be patient. Yeah, laziness could get you to nowhere. I think it's just a matter of self discipline. Little by little, I'm sure you can rid off that kind of habit or attitude. Well anyway good luck on your plans and new career. Best wishes! Thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your weekends!

I already have a degree in history. But I'd love to go back to university some time and study some more. I don't think learning ever ceases, and there are so many more thanigs that I want to discover about the world. I'd like to study politics, philosophy, economics - maybe another language - english, media, film studies, gender studies... I wouldn't say that I love school (or university), but I love what it can be, and what it represents!

Wow! that's so great of you. Yeah never stopped learning. Each challenges and problems we encounter is a chance and opportunity to learn. Although it's different when it comes to school. If I could go back to school I want to learn photography, painting and creative writing, those are the fields that interest me. Well Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Yes, this is actually an goal of mines for the future. I want to study online for a Medical Coding Course. If I can study by mail,, I would prefer this option better. I want to get my Certification or an Associates degree for this. I would love to do this. I have always felt like I could do something as this. I want to train at my home for this career.

Many senior students has told me that they missed the school life very much. Since they went to walk, life has become busy than before. I think being a student is very comfortable and relaxing. I hope i can enjoy the last time being a student.

Yeah, what your school mates said was right. It's very different when you're studying and working. When I was still in college I always want to finish my study because I want to work, earn my own money and have fun. I always thought it was easy to be in the real world. But I was wrong. It wasn't as fun as I always imagine. It's wasn't as easy and great as I think. But later on I get used on it. I'd able to balance, control my self and go on with the flow. It was more fun, relaxing and comfortable when your studying, more freedom and less cares. However of course there is disadvantages as well. As adage goes, when we are young, we act do as older people. And when we get old we want to be young. So I think it's just human nature. So It's based to take time little by little and don't hurry things. Everything has it's own right time. So just enjoy on your study, have fun take things easy. You'll learn a lot of things on school as much as when you get outside and live the real world. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and Good Luck on your study. Have a happy weekends!

I came back to school short ago, not to earn a degree but to gain knowledge in an area I like. I think that if we are given the chance, why not? It's true that studying can be bothersome sometimes, but it's nice to learn new things

Yeah, if you're having a family it's difficult to go back to school and since your priority now is your children. Well that's good,it only shows that you love your family and you first cater their needs and wants more than yours. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your weekends. Good luck as well!
